Crust:
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 sticks butter softened

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
1/2 c al purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Sift together the flour and 1/2 c powdered sugar into a bowl and cut in the 2 sticks of butter until the mixture sticks together
Press into a 9 x 13 dish. and Bake for 25 minutes and remove from oven and allow to cool.
While the crust is cooling, combine the beaten eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and then stir into the egg mixture.
Pour over the baked crust and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned and set.
Remove from oven, cool and sprinkle with the 1/4 c of confectioner's sugar.
Cut into squares.
