cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated
2 Tbsp. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients well.
Marinate chicken or steak 4 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Baste the meat with the marinade during cooking.
