6 medium potatoes (about 2 pounds)
3 stalks chopped celery (about 1 cup)
⅓ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup chopped sweet pickles (I used Bread & Butter pickles)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2 chopped hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a covered saucepan cook potatoes in boiling water for about 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender but not soft. Drain well. Peel and cube potatoes and eggs. Transfer to a large bowl and begin to chill. Make dressing with the remaining ingredients. Stir together. Chill thoroughly.
