lb ground pork
lb ground turkey or chicken
c shredded cheese, your choice
1 t minced garlic
1 t Italian seasoning
t crushed red pepper
1 crumbled beef bouillon cube
salt and pepper
to 1 c parsley
olive oil and butter
lemon zest

zoodles
juice of 1 lemon
splash hot sauce
t minced garlic
t red pepper flakes
chicken stock
olive oil and butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meats, cheese, garlic, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, beef bouillon, salt and pepper, and lemon zest. Mix with hands and form into medium sized meatballs (6-8) Pour olive oil to coat bottom of pot. Add T butter to pot. Melt. Cook meatballs until brown and crispy. Moving them to get all sides cooked.(15-30 min) Put in dish. In same pot, add more olive oil, butter and chicken stock. Also add hot sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes and zoodles. Cook until zoodles are tender. Stirring often. Serve with the meatballs.
