1 c. butter
1 c. shortening (butter flavored Crisco)
3 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. orange extract (optional)
12 oz. mini semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and shortening and sugar with paddle attachment until creamy.
Add cocoa to mixture along with milk and extract.
Continue to mix until well combined.
turn off mixer and gently fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Set frosting in refrigerator to firm up to a spreading consistency.
