4 chicken breasts
3 t Dijon mustard
4 slices mozzarella cheese
raw vegetables-whatever you want-mushrooms, squash, onion, carrots, broccoli
1 t basil
1 t garlic powder
t salt
t pepper
1 t lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a square of tinfoil with cooking spray. Place chicken on foil and spread with some mustard. Top with cheese. Add raw vegetables and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Seal foil and bake for 1 hour on 350.
