1 pound lean ground beef
1 64 ounce bottle of tomato juice
1 can cut green beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can sweet peas (drained)
1 can diced potatoes (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain grease. Get a large soup pot. Add all ingredients to the soup pot. Heat on Medium to get up to temperature.
Lower heat setting to low till time to serve.

You can add additional canned veggies, the ones listed above are the ones my family likes.
Sometimes I get an additional bottle of tomato juice to add to the soup if needed after the first serving.
My family loves cheese on everything...top each serving with a pinch of cheddar cheese.
