Ingredients:  
2½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar- packed
pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 cup Cold butter
1 egg
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. Cold water
1 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together: flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder.
Cut in Cold butter, until it looks like course crumbs
Beat together egg, cold water and vinegar
Gently mix into flour mixture; turn out on flat floured surface, gently
knead into round ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap
chill for 30-60 min.
roll out

Personal Notes:
after rolling out this pie crust I cut into pie tart sizes
then put into tart pans and baked.
I took the crusts out of the pans and filled them
with Lemon pie filling.
Served them at my son-in-laws office Christmas party
It was a big success
the pie crust is so yummy
