1 1/2 lbs.(.700k) haddock Fillets
1/4 lb.(.113k) scallops
1 can frozen lobster meat
7 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 lb(.113k) real butter
1 pt.(.5l) blend
1 small onion finely diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes, place in a large pot, barely cover potatoes with water, add onions and approx. 1/2 T of salt. I also add half the butter to the potatoes, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer til potatoes are mostly cooked.
Once potatoes are on take haddock, remove any bones then cut in 1 inch pieces. Wash any grit off scallops and cut into halves or quarters depending on their size. Add haddock and scallops to the pot.
Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan and slowly fry the canned lobster until the butter is a rich orange colour.Once lobster is heated add 1/2 pt. of blend and heat to scalding then add this mixture and remaining blend to your pot. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
