1/2 lb Prosciutto
1 bunch Sage leaves
1 lb Provolone, sliced
6 Garlic cloves
1 Cup chopped parsley
2 sticks Butter
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Flour
1 pint Cherry tomatoes
1 lb Spaghetti
Red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Pound veal scallopini slices between two pieces of plastic wrap to about an 1/8" thickness.
