1 cup light brown sugar ( packed )
4 tbsp. unsalted butter ( if using salted butter reduce salt by ½ tsp )
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan
Simmer over low heat, whisking constantly, until thickened ( no longer watery ) 6-9 min.
Keep in mind that this sauce thickens as it cools
serve warm , at room temp. or chilled
Refrigerate in air tight container up to 2 weeks
you can reheat it slightly to make it able to drizzle
