8 eggs
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried dill
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
20 oz.frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
32 oz. cottage cheese
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup flour

Directions:

Heat oven tom 350 degrees
Grease a 9 x 13 in. glass pan
Beat: eggs , salt and pepper in a lg. bowl
Stir in: spinach, bacon,cottage cheese, onions, cheddar cheese, flour
and dill, mixing to combine
Pour into prepared pan
this can be refrigerated overnite- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
allow to cool for 10 min. before cutting and serving
