1 Corned Beef Brisket
1 head green cabbage
Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put brisket in large saucepan and cover with water. Simmer for an hour per pound
2. Add peeled and quartered potatoes 1/2 hour before finished
3. Add cabbage 15 minutes before done
4. Remove beef from water and slice beef diagonally across grain. Serve with vinegar and mustard
