Boiling or pearl onions
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
1 Cup milk
Dill
Salt & pepper
Potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel, poke and boil onions until tender. Drain.
2. In saucepan, combine flour and butter and cook into paste (just a couple minutes). Add milk slowly, stirring the entire time with whisk. Bring to boil. You want the sauce to be thin, so don't cook too long. Add dill and salt and pepper, and onions.
3. Pour into small casserole dish, top with potato chips and bake until it bubbles
