2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Cups All Purpose Flour
salt
1 tsp baking soda
Cup sugar
3 Tbsp molasses
1 Cup sour milk (milk with a tspn of lemon juice or white vinegar)
1 Cup milk
2 Tbsp shortening

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a standard loaf pan (8 x 4)
2. Mix together dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients
3. Bake for 45 minuted or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
