2 ~ 8 oz. Pack Imitation
1 ~ 1 6 oz. Baby Pink Shrimp
5 ~ Large Limes or 10 ~ Small Limes
1 ~ Large Yellow Sweeet Onion
10 ~ Roma Tomatoes
1 ~ Large Bunch Cilantro
1 ~ Large Cucumber
Garlic Powder measure to taste
Salt & Pepper measure to taste
Extra Large Bag of Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl dice Immitation Crab into very small pieces. **See Notes**
Rinse and Drain Shrimp and add to bowl.

2. Juice Limes and ADD to Crab & Srimp
3. Season with Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
4. Set aside, Cover and Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.

While waiting cut or chop (**See Notes) into very small pieces all Vegatables

5. In a Large bowl cut or chop vegatables into small pieces and add the shrimp and crab
(*DO NOT Drain!!) and pour mixture into bowl.
6. Mix well. Add more garlic powder, salt & pepper if needed
.
7. Serve with Corn Chips

**Use a chopper or food processor to cut and chop crab and vegetables. This will ensure everything is diced or chopped uniformly. You want the all the pieces diced or chopped very small to ensure the perfect bite every time.**
