Ingredients:
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - 2 tsp. ground ginger
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey

[Tip: Can be used with any type of beef (steaks, London broil roast, etc.).]

Directions:
Directions:
Pat the meat (sirloin steaks, London broil roast, or similar) with the ground ginger.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
Pour the marinade over the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, per inch thickness of the meat.
Grill to no more than "medium". For a thick roast, grill meat directly for about 2 minutes per side, then grill indirectly for about 30 minutes. [Tip: The internal temperature should not go higher than 130º.]
Allow thinner cuts of meat to rest for about 5 minutes; allow whole roasts to rest for 10 minutes. [Resting allows the meat to relax and the juices to flow.]
If using London broil roast, carve the meat on the cross-grain.
