Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup oil
4 Apples peeled and diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add apples and nuts to dry ingredients. Fold liquid ingredients into dry. Pour batter into an ungreased bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pain.

Caramel sauce:
Bring all ingredients to boil and serve hot over the Apple cake.

One of my all time favorite desserts mom would make. It's super heavy so one cake goes a long way. Yummy.
