1 package yeast
3 cups warm water
¼ cup oil
8 cups plain or bread flour
2 Tbl sugar
5 Tbl dry milk
2 ¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1st 2 ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until softened.
Add oil and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix with dough hook for 15 minutes on low.

Shape into rolls and place on greased baking pans to rise until doubled.
Brush with melted butter.

Preheat oven to 400º
Bake 15 to 20 minutes
