2 pkgs yeast (1 T per pkg)
2 c water
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
5 c flour (or more as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix by hand or mixer. Let rise for 5 min. while preparing your pans.
2. Grease pans and sprinkle with cornmeal if you desire a crisper crust.

FOR PIZZA: divide dough into 2 pizzas and cook at 425ºF for 15-18 minutes
FOR CALZONES: makes 6; cook at 375ºF for 25 minutes
FOR STROMBOLIS: 3/4 batch makes 24 strombolis; cook at 410ºF for 14 minutes
FOR BREADSTICKS: bake at 400ºF for 18 minutes
