8 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
½ c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. butter flavored Crisco (chilled)
1 bottle of beer (not light)

Fillilng:
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained really well.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, then cut in Crisco until dough looks like peas. Add beer slowly until dough is mixed well. Place dough in plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 min. to 1 hr. Make a small ball and place in a tortilla press. Add around 1 tbsp. of filling. Fold over and press with fork. Poke a small hole on top. Bake at 350º until dough is golden brown.
