21 Apples-peeled, cored and quartered
9 ½ oz red hot cinnamon candies
¾ cup vinegar
1 ½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put quartered applies in a heavy pan (pot).
Cook over a low hear for a few minutes - just long enough for some liquid to cook out of apples
If your fire is too hot the apples will scorch before your liquid cooks out.
After you have some juice from the applies, add rest of ingredients.
Cook until the candies (red hots) are dissolved and applies are soft when punches with a fork.
You do not want your apples to cook down to mush or sauce. They will if cooked too long
When cooked take off heat and cool
