Macho Beans Recipe

1 lb. lean ground turkey (or beef)
2 soy sausages, sliced (beef)
1 onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can Great Northern beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained
1 can Lima beans, drained (can substitute any other bean)
28 oz. vegetarian beans, prepared, not drained
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 jar BBQ sauce (or your choice, adjust to taste)

Cook the onion and meat in large pot over medium heat. Cook sausage to heat. Add all ingredients to crock pot and heat on high for 30-45 min. Stir often.
