3 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
3 cups granulated sugar
5 whole eggs room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
8 ounces 7-Up room temperature
3 cups of cake flour (recommend swans down cake flour)additional butter and cake flour to coat the inside of the Bundt pan
Optional icing 1 Cup powdered sugar. 2 tablespoons 7-Up lemon lime soda or Ginger ale

1Preheat oven to 350° (2) In a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend the butter and sugar until light and fluffy add eggs to the batter one at a time until each one is thoroughly blended mix well.
(3) Next add the cake flour and 7-Up to the batter alternating beginning and ending with the flower
(4) Finally using your hand rub the inside of the pan with butter a thin even coating then put about 1/4 cup flour in pan allowing it to stick to the butter in the pan again just a thin coating.(5) pour batter into the cake pan bake at 3:50 for one hour and 10 minutes
