2 boxes of chicken stock broth
3 cans coconut milk
1 lemon grass paste tube
1 jar red/green curry spice
3 jar smoked clams
1 or 2 large bag of cooked shrimp(tail peeled)
1 jar fish sauce
1 yellow onion
1 bunch green onion
1 bag baby potatoes
1 carton of mushrooms
1 bunch cilantro
5-6 jalapenos
1 jar jalapeno hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken stock and coconut milk in stock pot. Dicing and adding onion, cilantro, potatoes, mushrooms, jalapenos,4-5 dashes of fish sauce, 1-3 scoops of curry paste. 1 good squeeze of lemon grass paste. Add crushed red pepper, chili powder, garlic salt to taste and heat preference. Thaw and take tails of shrimp off tails of shrimp. Once broth of soup is cooked for 15-20 minutes, add shrimp and clams and take off heat. Ready to eat. Add hot sauce for heat!!!
