One pie crust

TOPPING

1cup flour

¾ cup white sugar

¾ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup (1 stick) butter

FILLING

8 apples (4 GRANNY SMITH, 4 HONEY CRISP)

½ Tablespoon lemon juice

⅓ cup white sugar

3 Tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 450º

TOPPING

Combine all topping ingredients using a fork until all is mixed and crumbly. Set aside.

FILLING

Peel, core and slice apples into thin slices

Toss apple slices with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and flour.
