1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
½ stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1½ cups mashed bananas ( about 3 Large )
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 375 degrees, butter and flour jelly roll pan.
mix sugar, sour cream, butter, eggs, bananas and vanilla in mixing bowl on low speed scraping bowl occasionally for 1 min.
Beat in flour, salt, and baking soda on med speed, scraping bowl when needed, 1 min,
.
Stir in nuts and spread in pan.
bake until light brown 20-25 min.
 

Browned Butter Frosting

heat 1/4 cup butter over med. heat until light brown
Remove from heat and mix in 2 cups powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 3 tbsp. milk
Mix until smooth and of spreading consistency
