1 pound ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp cocoa
½ tsp red pepper sauce
1 can ( 16 oz ) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15½ oz ) red kidney beans, undrained

cook the ground beef, onion,and garlic in a 3 qt.sauce pan, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown;
drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans; break up tomatoes.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally
Stir in beans. Heat till boiling; reduce heat, simmer uncovered 20 min.
