4 large potatoes sliced thin and cooked slightly
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
6 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. scallions or green onions
1½ pound ham diced
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
½ stick butter
1 tbsp. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter: add flour and salt
add milk gradually cook 2 min. stirring constantly
remove from heat: add sour cream
mix 4 oz cheese, dill and scallions
in a 3 qt. casserole dish layer ⅓ of potatoes,½ of the ham and ½ of the cheese
and ½ sour cream mixture
layer again
put the last ⅓ of the potatoes on top
Mix bread crumbs, ½ stick of melted butter and 2 oz. Swiss cheese
scatter over top of potatoes
bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 min.
