1 c whole milk, 110
2 t rapid rise yeast
2 T sugar, divided
1 egg, room temperature
c soft butter
1 t salt
3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and 1 T sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining sugar, egg, butter, salt and 1 cup of flour. Beat for 1 minute scraping sides of bowl. Mix in remaining flour and beat for 2 minutes until dough comes together. Knead by hand or use dough hook to knead for 2-3 minutes. Grease or oil inside of bowl. Put dough in bowl. And flip to coat all sides. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down. Shape in 15 balls and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cover top with foil if it is browning too quickly.
