Personal Notes:
When you talk about eating fish, fried fish is probably the first thing that comes to mind. When it comes to fried fish, everyone had their favorite coating or crumbs. After owning a lake cabin in Minnesota for 30 years and making many trips to Canada and deep sea fishing in Florida, I've tried about every recipe coating imaginable. But the one I've settled on is probably the simplest---and the "Best". The Club Cracker crumb coating is light and gives a sweet buttery taste, but does not hide the taste of the fish. Enjoy!
