1 - 15 oz. crushed pineapple (reserve juice)

1/3 cup vinegar

2 T cornstarch

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 Tbs. soy sauce

1/2 med green pepper chopped (optional)

large saucepan

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan combine reserved juice, vinegar, cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce. Mix well.

Cook over medium heat. Add pineapple and optional green peppers. Stir often for 5 minutes.
