Ingredients:  
1 can enchilada sauce
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cans shredded chicken or 3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
1-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
20 corn tortillas (I get the ones in the aisle with the enchilada sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour enchilada sauce into bowl and mix in the sour cream
2. Dip the tortilla shells in the sauce and lay flat in baking pan
3. Put on layer of chicken and then cheese over the shells
4. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of tortillas
5. Pour remaining sauce over top and cover with cheese
6. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes
