1 pound fresh or frozen fish fillets, thawed
1 beaten egg
½ cup fine dry bread or cracker crumbs
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into 3 portions. Dip fish into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs. Place coated fish in a well-greased, shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle a mix of butter and lemon juice over fish. Bake in a 500º oven until golden and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Allow 5 - 6 minutes for each ½ inch of thickness.
