3 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
1 envelope (2¼ tsp.) rapid rise or fast acting yeast NOT active dry yeast
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1⅔ cups very warm water (between 120º)
4 T. olive oil, divided
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with oil. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the water, then add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until it is well mixed. Press into prepared pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke multiple holes into the dough. Drive remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cover again and let rise an additional 15 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly and slice into pieces.
