3 pounds ground beef
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 each - cream style corn, tomato puree, olives (she doesn't say but I'm guessing 15 oz. cans)
2 small cans tomato hot sauce (I'm guessing this is mexican style tomato sauce)
1 large green pepper
8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
2 large onions (or 3 medium) chopped
4 cloves garlic (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat (I'm guessing with the onions, garlic and bell pepper but she doesn't say).
Cook the macaroni until half cooked.
Blend all the ingredients together (saving some of the cheese for the top of the dish), including the macaroni and pour into a large pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.

While researching for this book I went to the Navas Family Cookbook for ideas. I found this recipe and couldn't resist adding it to the collection. Only my family would call a recipe "Dago" Delight although I'm pretty sure no true "Dago" would make or be inclined to eat this dish. You've got to love the Aunts!
