1 t dried rosemary
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 t Dijon mustard
2 t salt
1 t pepper
5 pound leg of lamb

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
Rub mixture over lamb leg.
Preheat oven to 375.
Roast lamb for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 and roast another 90 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 (medium).
Le rest at least 15 minutes before slicing.
