1 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs
4 heaping T McCormick's Grill Mate Pork Rub
Salt to taste

Pat pork ribs dry and place into a large Ziploc bag.
Add pork rub and shake until all ribs are generously coated.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from fridge at least 1 hour before grilling.
Preheat grill using all burners on high.
Place one burner on medium-low heat and turn the other burners off.
Salt the port to taste.
Place pork on the grill over the burners that are off (indirect heat).
Close lid and cook for at least 2 hours, turning and rotating every 20 minutes or so.
