1 T vegetable oil
1 pound lean ground meat
1 large onion, sliced
4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
One 15 ounce can of beef broth or gravy
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté beef and veggies in oil over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink.
Add beef broth or gravy.
Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender, about 25-30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
