Buttermilk Devil's Food Cake Recipe

1 pkg. Devil's Food cake mix
3 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 t. vanilla extract

Grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan/or 2 9 in. round
Place cake mix, cocoa powder, buttermilk, oil, eggs, & vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Stop, & scrape sides.
Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes.
Bake until they the top springs back when lightly pressed with your finger and just starts to pull away from sides of pan.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely for 30 minutes.
