3/4 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 large eggs, beaten
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t dried parsley
1 T dried onion
1 T garlic powder
1 pound ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except beef.
Mix in beef with your hands breadcrumb mixture is evenly distributed.
Press into a loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
