1 box Deluxe Devil's Food cake mix
1 c. water
1 c. whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Grease pan (2-9x2 in. round or 11x7, 9x13).
Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Mon medium speed 2 minutes.
Bake 25-35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

I found this recipe accidentally. I had some leftover ricotta cheese from making lasagna. I looked on the back of take carton for additional recipes. And I found this one. I made it and it was a great success. Best chocolate cake I ever made. Super moist and keeps well.
