6 tbsp butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of milk
Rind of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine as listed. Bake in preheated oven at 325 F for 1 hour.While still warm,blend together juice of lemon,1/3 cup of sugar,pour over loaf. I use a lightly greased 9 x 5 Loaf pan.
