Ingredients:

Crust:
3 egg whites
16 regular saltine crackers crushed
cup chopped walnuts
tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar

Filling:
3 packages of Dream Whip (small box contains 2 packets - find in Baking aisle)
1 pkg 8 oz Cream cheese + 1 - 3 oz pkg (softened)
2 or 3 small cans of Lemon Pudding (in baking aisle)

Directions:

Crust:

Beat eggs with cream of tartar, add sugar gradually until dissolved. Add crushed crackers and nuts.
Spread in greased 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Filling:

Follow directions for Dream Whip and prepare. then mix in softened cream cheese. Spread of mixture
on the cooled crust, then top with lemon pudding, add the remaining half of mixture on top of lemon pudding.

Optional: Top with toasted coconut.

Refrigerate overnight.
