2 - 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten (save egg white to brush top)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream room temperature cream cheese with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and egg yolk. Lay one layer of crescent rolls in 9 X 13 pan (ungreased). Spread cheese mixture over top. Cover with other crescent roll package. Beat egg white with a little sugar and brush over top. Bake at 375 for 25 - 35 minutes
