1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

2 Tbs stick butter

2 T light corn syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Bring cream to a simmer in saucepan. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips until melted. Add butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir well. Serve warm
