6 to 8 oz of Crab
4 Slices of Bacon
Or use Ham
3 eggs
½ cup biscuit mix
⅓ c melted butter
1½ cups milk
⅛ tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese or cheese of your choice
Parsley for Garnish
Thaw Crab if frozen

Fry Bacon or ham, Drain crumble. Beat together eggs, biscuit mix, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with crab, cheese bacon or ham over top and press down gently.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350º.

This is a favorite in our family. I use this dish to clean out leftovers from the refrigerator. I use broccoli often with ham. It is easy and very tasty.
