5 lb. Idaho potatoes sliced with peels still on them.

2 large white onions sliced in rings

2 sticks butter

Mix 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder

12" skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and then add potatoes and onions. Sprinkle one half the seasoning on top.

Fry on med heat until brown on each side. Reduce to med. Watch carefully and keep flipping. Add seasoning untill all is coated.

Should be crispy brown
