2 tsp. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Water
2 Sticks Butter, melted

In bowl over simmering water, whisk eggs lemon juice and water until it becomes pale yellow.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove bowl from heat and whisk in butter until incorporated.
