Ingredients:
1 turkey leg
½ onion, chopped
½ celery rib, chopped
2 tbsps water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Lay the drumstick on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to wrap the drumstick with space leftover for sealing the edges. Strew the onion and celery over leg. Add water, salt, and pepper. Seal the leg in the foil, leaving space for steam to accumulate , and crimping the edges securely so the steam and juices stay inside the package. Place the package on a cookie sheet and bake for about 2 hours or until the turkey is very tender.

Personal Notes:
This is an easy, inexpensive, and tasty dish, especially when served with dressing and mashed potatoes. I always do multiple turkey legs so I can serve more than myself.
